Okay, we kind of teed that one up for you. As obvious as this response is, a lot of marketers get too wrapped up in the technical challenges of the first three responses. We're not suggesting that these other statistics are not important, but remember that most clients will evaluate your performance through the simplest possible prism: are you producing more business?
When you're communicating with your clients, make sure you're speaking a language they understand.
